- YouthBuild is part of a nationwide program aimed at community leadership and development. In San Antonio. It provides its trainees with marketable construction skills as well as career planning. The George Gervin Youth Center sponsors the program and AGC provides the necessary training. Participants must be between the ages of 16 and 24 and are at risk or economically disadvantaged.
